The moneyback guarantee extends 30 days from the official start date of the website. This usually coincides with the 30 day timeline to build the website and complete the project. The 30 day money back guarantee is not eligible for extension beyond 30 days even if the timeline to complete the website project is extended for any reason.

The Official Start Date is the date the HotDoodle designer is scheduled to call or email client to initiate the project. If for any reason, the phone call does not occur or the email is not received, that scheduled date remains the start of the 30 day money back guarantee.The HotDoodle Designer will make several reasonable efforts to contact client by email and phone to initiate the project.

HotDoodle will notify client by email of the scheduled start date, but is under no obligation to remind client of the expiration of the 30 days any time before or after the 30 days elapse. All emails will be sent to the client's registered email address, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that they can receive emails sent from HotDoodle to their registered email address.

The client may at anytime request and receive a reminder of the start date and expiration date of the 30 day money back guarantee.

Client is eligible for 100% money back minus any domain registration fees or copy writing costs if the project is within the timeframe for the 30 day money back guarantee and the rough draft has not been accepted by the client to build the 1st draft. Work on the project will halt pending client acceptance of the rough draft, but the 30 day money back timeline remains without suspension.

If the rough draft has been accepted by the client and if the project is still within the timeframe for the 30 day money back guarantee, the client is eligible to receive 50% money back minus any domain registration fees or copy writing costs. 

Once the website is Live, no refund is available even if the 30 day money back guarantee deadline has not elapsed. A live website need not complete all available rounds of revision prior to going live, and any forfeit of a round of revision does not affect the money back guarantee. The designer will send notification via email when the website is live. Should the client not approve the website being live HotDoodle may administer the website, including but not limited to shutting down the site or denying client access to the site. A live website is one that shows its pages to the public without a challenge screen, or one that is on a paying hosting plan with HotDoodle.   

All cancelations and must be made via email to the designer. Removal of funds from the project will also constitute a cancellation.  Upon cancellation the designer will remove any funds reserved for the project and return them to the client’s HotDoodle general fund.   To receive the refund the client must log into www.hotdoodle.com and complete the steps for withdrawing funds.

Refunds are per section “16. Term And Termination.” of the HotDoodle terms of service.

REFUNDS OF PREPAYMENTS MUST BE REQUESTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. To do so, go to http://www.hotdoodle.com, login, click the Add/Remove Funds link and then the Withdraw funds link and then follow the instructions. HotDoodle may deliver the refund in whole or in part by reversing received payments. The portion of the refund not made by payment reversal will be made by a payment via PayPal to an email address you supply. You may be required to validate the email address by clicking a link on a confirmation email and filling in a verification form. Emails or verbal communication will not substitute for a request made through the website with a confirmed email address. Client is responsible for any fees PayPal may charge.

No verbal claims by HotDoodle staff shall supersede this written guarantee.
