Sales Team,
When adding a new customer to the calendar please:
- Click "Create Event" below the calendar
- Select "New Client" for the category (New Clients are in Blue) (Legacy Customers are in red)
- Interview slots don't count legacy customers only numbered new customers
- Format the entry "1. First Last" as the title
- Pick a 1/2 hour interview time, but probably avoid lunch time if you can
If a customer calls up and needs to change the time and date, have them call Erin directly. Thanks |
