The Process Summary
- Client talks over the phone with your designer
- You have 30 days from the initial phone call to complete the website with the designer
- You select a premium starting design and pick a desired color scheme
- You submit all of your content through our online Content Request Form
- The designer builds your website and formats all your text and images
- You are sent drafts of your working website to review
- You have 2 rounds of revisions to give feedback for changes
- Either before or at the end of 30 days, your website goes live and gets transferred over to you
Detailed
- At time of sale, HotDoodle schedules the initial phone interview you will have with your designer. This phone call starts the 30 days you have with the designer to complete the website.
- After the phone call, the design studio will send you an email with a link to your Online Content Request Form to fill out and submit. This form is where you give HotDoodle all the pictures and text you want on your website.
- Once you submit your content, your designer will build a working 1st draft of your website with all the content you submitted.
- Your designer will send you a link to review your 1st draft and a link to your revision form. You have 5 days to fill it out with your feedback and revision requests and submit. All remaining content must be submitted at this 1st draft revision.
- The designer makes changes based on your feedback and sends you a link to your 2nd draft and your 2nd and final revision form. You will again have 5 days to fill it out with your feedback and revision requests and submit.
- The designer uses this feedback to create the final draft, performs all technical work to take the website live, and transfers ownership over to you, this includes linking a domain and making your website visible to the public. You are then emailed instructions for how to login to edit and maintain your website.

- Visitors can select a predetermined shipping charge at time of checkout, however, it does not take into account, weight, zip code etc. The website owner lists shipping charges and the visitor would just select one during checkout. The system doesn't know what is in the cart and a visitor could still proceed to checkout and pay without actually selecting and adding shipping.
